Sherry Serafini Returns to MoonRise!
   The lovely Ms. Serafini is back to teach at MoonRise. Sherry taught her stunning earring class back in September and along with her usual treasure trove of unusual cabs and stones for our embellishing enjoyment, she had on display several of the most magnificent purses you will ever see. The women in the class prevailed upon her to schedule a workshop class so they could learn to create a fabulous handbag of their own. Good to her word, Sherry was able to clear two days in her schedule for this weekend workshop which will be held on May 15th (Saturday) and 16th (Sunday). Discover your inner artist by creating a unique handbag with a focus on bead embroidery with stitching.

   Sherry will cover design, color and start and finish techniques and will provide a basic kit containing the handbag shell, beading foundation and pattern. Class fee for the two days is $185 and $40 for the basic kit with full-color instructions. It is possible to purchase a full kit from Sherry for $140 but she must know well in advance if this is your preference. There are two different shapes and Sherry will provide images upon registration for the workshop. We are thrilled to have Ms. Serafini back at MoonRise Bead Company in May and it goes without saying that class space is very limited (8 maximum). Registration will begin with this posting.
