Wendy W. Casperson, Jewelry Artist, is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and a current member of the Pittsburgh Book Arts Collective and Pittsburgh Polymer Clay Guild and says, "Art has been a part of my life as far back as I can remember. Some of the other classes I have taken over the years include stained glass, weaving, paper making, book arts, mixed media and jewelry. In 2005, I started to explore chain maille and I was hooked. I love that I'm repeating a process that is both ancient and beautiful. For me, creating chain maille is a relaxing and meditative process and I want to share that process with others."
